Help before the shortlist
A calculator, checklists and decision guides should be useful even when a visitor never joins a marketplace.
About EventDoIt
EventDoIt is an event-planning project based in Berlin. It begins with original tools and practical guides. Vendor profiles, rentals and equipment will be added as participating businesses and current inventory become available.
A calculator, checklists and decision guides should be useful even when a visitor never joins a marketplace.
Upcoming features are clearly identified. Estimates are described as planning ranges, not supplier quotes.
Profiles will use information supplied or confirmed by the businesses themselves, with clear labels explaining how details were checked.
How guides are made
01
Each guide is organised around a practical planning task such as comparing venues, building a budget or preparing a production brief.
02
Checklists, comparison fields, examples and dependencies turn general advice into something a planner can apply.
03
Each page is reviewed for accuracy, unsupported endorsements and promises that do not match the available service.
04
Guides show a review date. Directory information is updated as listings and services change.
Free planning tools and original guides are ready to use now.
The vendor directory will open as the first business profiles are completed.
Rental and equipment browsing will open as current inventory is confirmed.
Planning estimates provide a starting point and should be replaced with local quotes.
