What is available

EventDoIt currently provides general event-planning information, interactive planning tools and upcoming directory pages. Vendor, rental and equipment sections are labelled coming soon and do not currently provide bookings.

Planning guidance

Guides, calculations and suggested allocations are general planning aids, not professional, legal, financial, safety or supplier advice. Verify venue rules, prices, capacity, permits, insurance and technical requirements with qualified local professionals.

Your use

You may use the site for lawful personal or business planning. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, submit unlawful material, scrape personal information or misrepresent an affiliation with EventDoIt.

Links to external websites, email services or future partners do not constitute a guarantee of their availability, terms or performance. Review the relevant third party’s own information before making a commitment.

Availability and changes

The site will change as EventDoIt develops. Features can be added, revised or removed, and upcoming sections may remain unavailable until partner information is ready.
