EventDoIt is a planning and content site. This notice explains the limited information handled by the email list and anonymous site analytics.
What we collect
If you join the email list, we store the email address you submit, the page or form source and the time of submission. Site analytics store aggregated daily counts for page views and selected actions. They do not intentionally store names, full IP addresses or advertising identifiers.
Why we use it
We use the email address to send relevant updates about guides, tools and directory opening dates. Aggregated analytics help us understand which resources are useful and where visitors encounter problems.
Storage and retention
Email addresses and aggregate analytics are stored with the site’s hosting provider. Email-list records are retained while the list is active or until you ask us to remove your address.
Sharing
We do not sell email-list addresses. Information may be processed by hosting or email-service providers only as needed to operate EventDoIt and subject to their applicable safeguards.
Your choices
You can ask to access or delete the email address associated with you, or withdraw from updates at any time. Contact hello@eventdoit.com with the address you used to subscribe.
Changes
This notice may change as EventDoIt adds marketplace features or new service providers. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date.
