Enter the day of the event. See when the brief, the venue, the guest list and the final counts should already be settled. Dates that have passed are marked, not hidden.

The date you are aiming at

Dates are decision prompts from this site’s planning sequence. A venue or office can need longer.

Questions people ask

What the dates mean.

Are these the dates I must book by?

No. They follow the sequence in the planning guides: brief, venue, guest list, final counts, handover. A popular date or a public permit can need to start earlier.

What does the Berlin checkbox add?

One extra prompt, nine weeks before the date, and a link to Berlin’s page for events on public streets and squares. A dinner in a hired room does not use that application.

Does this save a timeline?

No. It shows the dates for this visit. Copy the ones you need into your own notes.

A date is useful when it creates the next decision.
